The Haab Playa Del Carmen is one of those fabulous new developments down by the quiet beaches of Playa’s Shangri la area. These upscale condos are exceptionally popular in Playa’s vacation rental space, and for good reason…
These ultra-modern 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom suites at the Haab Playa Del Carmen are surprisingly spacious, and designed to soak up every ray from the nearby beach. The suites’ oversized windows throughout bring in ample light, including the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on the balconies (some of which have adjacent ocean views).
With approximately 1,200 square feet, these condos have ample space, in addition to more-than-adequate sunlight.
Kitchens at the Haab were made for foodies as they have more cabinet and counter space (due to them being larger than most Playa kitchens) than many of their equally-priced counterparts. The dark cabinetry throughout the kitchen gives the units a sleek look and t he dark-colored cabinetry in the bedrooms continues that look, with their wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling shelving unit and closet.
Some units at the Haab Playa Del Carmen come complete with a private rooftop lounge area—just in case you didn’t have enough space already. These rooftop retreats have a decorative pergola, and many of them have ocean views.
The Haab Playa Del Carmen Amenities
Like many Playa beach condos, life at the Haab circles primarily around the nearby beach and 5th avenue. When you’re not busy sunning yourself on the beach a block away or eating at the nearby restaurants, you can come back and relax in the swanky common area. This area includes a stunning speckled-tile pool, and wood-accented lounge area. The contained tropical gardens surrounding the common area are extremely well cared for, and give the space that little something extra.
The Location: Haab Playa Del Carmen
Located on the quiet end of the city, the Haab Playa Del Carmen is nestled in the always-spectacular Shangri la area. Tucked between the beach and 5th avenue these condos feel like you’re in the Playa of old.
Just a few minutes walk down the street is the submarine-shaped beach club, Canibal Royal—with its famous cocktails and high-end menu. Many residents spend their afternoons there, sunning and eating.
